MEDIA ADVISORY 

WARREN—Enclosed you will find a letter that was recently sent to the Pennsylvania Congressional delegation from Senate President Pro Tempore Joe Scarnati.  The letter is in regard to the federal government allowing states to use federal funds allocated for road and bridge projects to bail out mass transit. 

Also, please know that Senator Scarnati recently sent a representative to Washington D.C. with other State Representatives from the area to express opposition to the tolling of Interstate 80.  A letter was sent and given to the United States Secretary of Transportation outlining his concerns with the aforementioned matter.
